85 lbs on the curls is about all the weight I'm going to be able to safely handle for a while, it's causing a very slight strain on the right shoulder that I injured last year, soooo we're just going to grab reps from here at 85lbs and so with that we added a little volume to help that out a little. I really would like to be 182 lbs ripped but I don't think I can gain enough muscle without the Squat and it's a dilemma because I know I need the quality aerobics I'm getting from the weighted Elliptical work. We'll see.
Sore as hell from the deadlifts. I know high rep deadlifts get a bad rap because its hard to keep the form but man what a great exercise with light and thus safe weights for high reps. You get sore in places that you just can't work otherwise.
