I don't really have a plan for this, it just seems to work out this way. Most days I eat when I get home from work around midnight and then I won't eat again 'til I'm at work again sometime around 6 or 7 pm. So, usually around 18 hours. It just seems to be how my life works out.

Precisely why it is recommended to eat small meals more frequently throughout the day for nitrogen retention. What's becoming more popular is eating a few less meals and making others caloric larger so you can extend the time between meals.
Whatever works! Just don't buy into gimmicky, trendy diets. Won't make you hip or land any big booty crossfit girls or whatever people are after these days, LOL!!!!!!
