My boy from L.A. is coming in Saturday morning, we'll probably train before we hit the Expo. I usually train at the Gold's on Eastern and Serene in Henderson, or the one on Sahara and Decataur. What gym will you be training at?

Probably Gold's on Flamingo... That is my favorite Vegas spot, plus it is close to the expo and the hotel. Peace, G

Flamingo and Sandhill... I haven't trained there yet, I live all the way across town. We might go there Sat. There's not many hardcore gyms out here.

Um, yeah, like zilch... Even the Gold's on the Flaming-O (what we call it) barely cuts it. But we do's what we do's with what we got's. I always tell people: "The gym doesn't make you; you make the gym."

As it turns out I'll be in Vegas for business Thursday - Sunday. If my hotel has shit for a gym, which is usually the case, I'll be looking for somewhere to lift...any recommendations??? Sorry to be off topic of ABC, but thought this would be a good place to start.
