Alright guys we just need a place to work out at my gym is a little too on the yuppy side we would not be able to drop weights grunt ect.. anyone have a good hardcore gym they lift at??

Yah im representing Asheville NC. Hear ya on the yuppy gyms. No dropping weights no power lifting... blah blah... YAH RIGHT! Bodyshop is pretty good up here and my old high school weight room. Those are my safe havens. Is there a Golds gym down in Raleigh? Asheville is far from Raleigh though. Any A-ville guys around?

Raleigh in the House!
I would love to join in if scheduling permits. The problem for me is if it is on a Sat I will be working at the Nutrition Shop from 10am-6pm. That pretty much eats up the day for me.
I would like to meet everyone that attends so come down and see me if I'm not able make the training session. I will keep an eye on updates and hopefully I can attend. Animal Strong!
