I'm currently using my 12 day rotation... here's what it looks like...
Day 1 - Bi's/Tri's/Abs
Day 2 - Quads/Calves
Day 3 - Back
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Chest/Shoulders
Day 6 - Quads/Hams/Calves
Day 7 - Bi's/Tri's/Abs
Day 8 - Off
Day 9 - Back
Day 10 - Hams/Calves
Day 11 - Chest/Shoulders
Day 12 - Off
Repeat
I won't bother posting the details of each workout now... you'll see them when I post the workouts. Here's a recent pic... I'm about 212lbs right now.
