Monday-Chest/Bis
Tues-Off
Wed-Shoulders/Tris
Thurs-Off
Fri-Back
Sat-Legs
Sun-Off.
On occasion I will throw in cardio 1-3 times a week to help keep the flab in check. But I really dont have a want to hit the the stage anytime soon. Instead of turning necks..SHIT I want to make them snap.
