have been lifting for about 7 years. Most of the lifting I have done untill this past month have been performance enhancment for the sports I play (football, hockey, and Lacrosse). Now I have been turned on to powerlifting and competitions. My strength and conditioning coach turned me onto them because I am pretty lean, strong, and have a mind for it. So Here I go in my journey. I am currently 175 (5'9) and the last caliper test I did put me just under 6% BF. I want to get as strong as possible while not gaining too much weight so I stay in the same weight Class. I will try to keep the log updated with all my workouts and diet information.
I hope to provide some insight in these areas because I am also a personal trainer and pretty aware at what I put into my body. I appreciate any and all support. I would also love to answer any questions.
Basically I am in it to get Huge and win some competitions!
Remember that when it comes to the sport of lifting jsut get it done. It's a Mentality!
