Fellas, we're all in this game a little too deep... Nothing like the weird stares we get when people see our counters full of supplements. So how many pills a day you all take?

Total: 72 split up over the course of 6-7 meals and pre-workout.
Good thread, for me it would be upwards of 45-65 pills a day depending on my cycle. But the other question also should be how many can you take at 1 time, i think i can swalow about 10-15 depending on the size of the pill and if they are caps or not.
Right now I'm on a low of pill taking which is awkward for me..

only about 24 which is really low for me.. have you guys ever considered what that many pills a day can do to your system.. or does it even have any effect at all ??

Big number J-Dawg... I use ALA and Green Tea on a regular basis too (as well as Flax instead of Fish Oil). Those are two solid, underrated supplements. Peace, G
