What's up everyone? I am very excited about starting this next Monday! I am currently 18 weeks out from the 2009 Erik Fankhouser Mid Atlantic Grand Prix, which is on Sept 12, 2009 in Wheeling, WV. This is going to be my first competition and I am competing in the novice class, as well as the men's open class, both in the heavyweight division.

Current Stats
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 300lbs
Goal 235-240lbs

Training Split
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Delts, Traps
Thursday or Friday- Arms
Saturday- Back

Abs: done 2-3x/week

Calves: 3x/week

Cardio: @least 35min/day 6 days/week..increase 5-10min/week depending how progress is coming.

Either Thursday or Friday will be one of my off days depending on my work schedule along with Sunday's...off days= off from weights. Cardio will be done on these days.

Diet Plan
5 low carb days
2 moderate carb days (day before leg day and back day)

Low Carb Days

Meal 1:
6 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
1c green beans

Meal 3: (PWO)
2 scoops whey protein in H2O

Meal 4:
8oz chicken breast or strip steak
1c green beans

Meal 5:
8oz tilapia
2c romaine lettuce w/ fat free dressing

Moderate Carb Days

Meal 1:
6 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
1c oatmeal (pre-cooked)

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
1c green beans

Meal 3: (PWO)
2 scoops whey protein
1 banana

Meal 4:
8oz chicken breast or strip steak
1.5 brown rice or 2c whole wheat pasta
1 stage 3 jar of sweet potato baby food (it's easy to measure and take to work this way, lol)

Meal 5:
8oz tilapia
1c green beans

I have no idea what I am down too right now. I was tested back in January and it was 19.9% @ 304-309lbs..I am down to 295 and have dropped 1.5in from my waist.

haha, nope. My phone was lighting up like it was the 4th of july the whole time we were driving and eating! I guess Flash found a post by J-Dawg saying to take 2 packs/day like cuts.

Today was day 1 using Project C. I took my first pack about 20 minutes before meal 1 and it got me going really good. I ate meal 1 and then hit the gym for some back, traps, and cardio and I think I had the one of the more intense back workouts I have had in a long time. I was sweating a lot more and had a lot of energy. I was jittery, which I LOVE to feel by the way (lets me know it's working), and was extra focused during my workout. I am going to take my second pack later about 2:30ish. I will post another update tonight after all of my meals are in with my diet for today. I weighed in today about 297-298lbs.

Weights:
Lat Pulldowns: 5x12- 80,110,195,210,225lbs
1-Arm DB Rows: 3x12- 105,120,125lbs
Smith Machine Shrugs (behind back): 3x12- 225lbs
Smith Machine Shrugs (front): 3x12- 315lbs
Chest Supported T-Bar Rows (FST-7): 7x12- 90lbs
Stiff-Arm Pulldowns (FST-7): 7x15- 62.5lbs
Hyperextensions: 3x15-20- Bodyweight

Cardio: 45 min Treadmill: 670 calories burnt, 3.0mph, 10% incline

Again, I will post my diet for today later on after my meals are all in for the day. I still have 3 more to eat, so look for it tonight sometime.

I forgot to write that in the letter. I was so anxious to get 'em sent out that I had forgotten the instructions, lol. It's 2x per day and at least 3-4 hours apart between servings.

lol, I figured that was the dosing, I just wanted to be sure. I am loving this stuff on Day 1! I have a crazy amount of energy with NO crash!

Yeah bro. A lot of fat burners are hyped up shit you don't feel anything from them, but Project C is the real deal! It's like Animal Cuts on speed!

Today was an off day for the weights after my last 2 workouts being legs on Friday and Back yesterday, so I took today and just did cardio, calves, and abs. Today was day 2 on project C. My weight as of last night before I went to be was 295lbs.

Weights:
off

Cardio: 45min Treadmill, 743 cal burnt, 10% incline @ 3.0mph.

Calves:
Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets of triple drops
Each set was 12>12>12- 115>90>45lbs

Single Leg Leg Press Calf Raises: 3x20/leg- sled (65lbs) slow and controled reps

Abdominals
Swiss Ball Crunches: 3x20

Diet (all measurements are pre-cooked)

Meal 1:
Project C (30min before)
8 large whole eggs
1c oatmeal
Animal Pak

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
8oz yam
Animal Flex

Meal 3: (PWO)
2 scoops whey protein in H2O
Project C

Meal 4:

Day 2 feels just as good as day 1 did. I have a ton of energy on this stuff and definately feel it working. My endurance is up as well and I find myself more focused during my workouts. It could be I am just in the zone, but I do know I usually can't stand doing cardio, but I find it not as annoying now.

Back at the weights today and trained, lets say murdered my chest! It was a heallacious session and I had such a pump I was getting cramps in my pecs and I didn't even take anything but Project C and my Animal Pak this morning before I left. Today is day 3 on Project C and it is still giving me tons of energy, endurance, and focus! I love this stuff and am going to be highly disappointed when run out (any chances of getting another can to test for 3 more weeks J-Dawg when this one runs out?, lol). I am only going to weigh myself on Sunday mornings from now on...I am letting go of the bad habit of weighing myself daily and getting pissed off at it.

Weights:
DB Incline Press: 4x20,15,12,11- 50,105,115,120lbs

Smith Machine Flat Bench Press: 4x12- 225lbs (for some reason, this feels a lot heavier than doing it w/ a barbell..maybe b/c it keeps the tension in my chest the whole time?)

Cable Crossovers w/ a Press: 3x12- 70,60,60lbs (see last weeks chest workout for description)

DB Incline Flyes: 3x12- 40lbs (really deep)

Machine Bench Press: 2x15- 225lbs

Pec-Deck (FST-7): 7x12- 70,70,60,60,60,60,60lbs

Cardio: 45min Treadmill, 761 cal burnt, 10% incline @ 3.1mph

Abdominals
Bench Leg Raises: 3x25

Diet:

It is exactly the same as yours lol..just a starting point he said to see how it goes. I am liking it a lot. Each meal makes me stuffed, but I am hungry for the next one 2-3hrs later. I think it's perfect for me.

Today split my sessions up. I worked last night, got home about 8am and ate my first meal and went to bed and then woke up about 2 and took my project c and went and did 45min cardio came home and ate again, picked my little boy up from the sitter and went back to the gym to lift. On the way to the gym the second time, I drank my storm and took pump and was going to take my second dose of project c, which I really thought I did take until I was done and getting ready to leave the gym and saw it sitting on my front seat!!!! I was fucking pissed! So I only got in 1 dose today. Today's weight was 294lbs. Still feeling the Project C with it's full effects! I am still getting a great energy rush from it! This is by far the best feeling fat burning supp I have ever used!

Today me and Stacy met with our friend/trainer and another friend for a delt/trap workout. My weight today was 290lbs. We took some pics so I can track progress. We are going to start doing weekly weigh-ins on the same electronic scale every week. Project C is still going strong!!! I still have a ton of energy and focus!

Weights:
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press-5x15,15,12,8,10- 90,180,270,320,270lbs
DB Lateral Raises: 3x8>12,8>12,8>12, 45>20lbs

Reverse Pec-Deck:2x12- 140lbs
superset with:
Seated Bent Lateral Raises: 2x12- 40lbs

Behind Back Upright Rows- 2x12-15- 95lbs

Supinated Barbell Front Raises: 2x12-15 reps- 65lbs

Today was an off day for the weights, so I just went and did some cardio on an empty stomach. Took project C before I left the house and blasted 45min away. Great sweat going, HR pumping, and energy through the roof!

None

Now, I am eating and prepping my food for the rest of tonight and tomorrow before I go to work all night. Got back tomorrow and legs w/ Bryon (bmarena1) on Saturday!

Well I didn't make it to the gym at all yesterday, I worked the night before, slept, and went back to work last night. I got about 4hrs of sleep in this morning and woke up and went and met my friend/trainer @ Body Builder's Gym for some Legs. No cardio done today as it was leg day.

Weights:

Power Squats: 5x15,15,12,10,10- sled,2pps,4pps,6pps,7pps,7pps

Leg Extensions: 4x15- 100,120,120,120lbs

Leg Press: Feet high, (2 drop sets and one burn out set)
Set 1: 1x12>12>12- 16 plates>12 plates>8 plates
Set 2: 1x12>12>12- 16 plates>12 plates>8 plates
Set 3: 1x20- 12 plates (burn out set)

1-Leg Standing Leg Curls: 3x12- 65lbs
superset with:
Romanian Deadlifts: 3x12- 135lbs (good stretch)

Nebula Angled Calf Machine: 2x40- 90lbs (10 reps feet straight, 10 reps toes out, 10 reps toes in, 10 reps knees bent feet straight-all without stopping)

Leg Extensions: 1x25- 100lbs (burn out set to finish it all off)

Cardio: NONE

Project C is still giving me an awesome amount of energy and I am still considering it one of the best fat burners I have ever used! Another SOLID product by Animal! The next two days are just going to be cardio because my gym is closed tomorrow and Monday for Memorial Day. Hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend!

What's up everyone? Just wanted to drop an update on the Project C. I am still loving this shit and have officially declared it the best fat burner I have ever tried. I still get crazy energy with zero crash. I have lost 10lbs since the start of using it. This weeks workouts have been off because my gym was closed Sunday and Monday due to the holiday and went to PowerHouse with Big C, MrsMuscles, and some of our friends this past wednesday and I pulled out my lower back doing rack pulls, so I have been out of the gym since then because I can't move. The 13 hours I was getting my ass kicked at the hospital last night was ROUGH and my pager kept going off all night long so I couldn't even ice it. Good thing is I am off work until Monday night, so I am taking this weekend to rest it up and hope to be back in full action on Sunday or Monday.

I can't wait for this product to hit the market because it will become a staple in my cutting diets from now on. Thanks again for this kick ass opportunity!
