I am definitely trying this next year me when me and my father attend. After he watched one good session from last years cage with House Curling 135lbs for like 30 reps he started pushing his 50 year old self again and upping the weight more each workout.

we always meet at the gym bro... i am eatting at my room before i go to train bro.. after being at the expo all day a mans got to eat before he trains lol.... what time is the expo over friday ? we are training chest bro ok just to give you a heads up....

scals.. i got some back and arms on fri... sat. im gona put a few people threw legs so jump in on sat for legs too if u want.. not sure what ill do sat as far as legs last yr i was spent.. if im up for it ill do some legs sat night jump in both days no problem..
back will just be width exercises i do all my rows on tues... arms ill show u some techniques and make sure u hit arms all angles ans make sure ur gettign the most out of each exercise...
it'll b fun thats for sure.. had a blast last yr at both days...
