Patiently awaiting my Agent O batch (thank you so much Universal, Animal, and the Forvm!).
DIET
6 meals a day.
Sample (what I ate today 9/28/10)
MEAL 1
2-3 Eggs, 4 Slices Ham, 2 Slices Cheese on Whole Wheat Toast. Animalpak, 4 beef aminos
MEAL 2
2 Scoops of Syntha-6
MEAL 3
Chicken/Meatball Wrap. Mixed Veggies.
MEAL 4
Muscle Milk RTD. Banana.
MEAL 5
Chicken Sandwich on Rye with Spicy Mustard.
MEAL 6
16oz Milk. 2 Tablespoons Peanbutter. 4 Beef Aminos.
SUPPLEMENTS
Syntha-6 (protein)
Muscle Milk (protein)
Jack3d (prior pre-workout supp)
Agent O
Animal Pak or AST Sports Multi (friend at GNC gave them to me for free)
Universal Beef Aminos
TRAINING
I will be doing a bodybuilding split. Legs/Calves, Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders/Core. Hitting each muscle every 5-7 days. I will be doing typically 6-9 sets for smaller muscle groups and 9-12 for larger muscle groups. I will be sticking to a 6-12 rep range for most lifts. I will go lower on big barbell movements like squat variants, deadlift variants, and occassionaly pressing movements. Definitly inspired by Max-OT.

My diet I always second guess. I'm always like, I need more protein! I know I get atleast 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Beef Aminos help a lot, taking 2-4 pills each lower protein count meal makes me feel like I'm still getting what I need. Can't believe I never picked them or Uni-Liver up!

**First day taking Agent O. I was a little beat from a long night before but I thought it'd be a good idea to try it out in different moods/states.**
At the Home, first time trying.
Taste - Not bad. Artificial orange taste, similiar to other pre-workout powders like Jack3d.
Mixability - Good, no problems in a shaker cup.
Appearance - Murky/brownish orange. Not the most appealing to look at, I was expecting more of a bright orange color for some reason.
Smell - Nice smell, similar to Tang or Sunny Delight (can't really place it).
After Taste - Lingering but in a good way. Similiar to the after taste of Vitamin C Chewables from GNC.
At the Gym, first time training with Agent O.
Focus - Despite my tired/beat state, I was able to focus very well.
Intensity - Pairing Agent O with Mudvayne and Mushroomhead worked very well. I had no problem pumping myself up for each set.
Energy - After my initial warm up sets, I started to feel a difference. I was more energetic and very eager to start moving weight. However, after moving past shoulders, my core workout was definitly lacking. I attribute that to long night and beers rather than lack of energy, the crunching movements just did not sit well.
No problems with product currently.

DAY 2 of Agent O testing. Today went well, added weight to almost every lift except for my main lift (no spotter so always a little hesitant to go heavy). Used to the taste of Agent O and went down very quickly and easily. Woke up pretty tired, just drained mentally, still, with the help of Agent O, the smell of sweat and iron, and metal, I was able to have a great workout.

Yea I can relate. The beef aminos are not only good, but are very affordable. Never did the uni liver cuz im not a pill person, but the beef aminos are doable.

I was very surprised at the price. Compared to other aminos on the market, its definitly ideal for a college student. Not to mention, as soon as I saw beef I was like alright, I'm down for this!

*Past few days have been rainy and gloomy out. My one wisdom tooth has been causing me pain for about 2-3 weeks now and I cannot wait to get it out this Friday (damn oral surgery). Have not been sleeping as well and not eating as much as I like to due to the tooth pain. Luckily, only 3 more days! Can't wait to get back to feeling normal.*

**I can honestly see a difference with taking Agent O. Maybe its placebo, but I find myself much more driven in the gym and easier to get psyched up before trying a new weight. Can't wait to see how Agent O works when I'm 100%.**

Thanks man. Yeah, it seems like such an insignificant thing but its very annoying. I got prescribed vicodin but I dont like taking it, makes me too drowsy, even the next day.

**Good workout today. Was planning on doing rack pulls but some guys were squatting so I thought itd be good to work on some deads. Didnt go too heavy. As far as Agent O is going, I'm really enjoying it. One key thing I noticed is my rest time between sets is much shorter. I usually take 2-3 minute between sets, since taking Agent O Ive been taking only about 1.5 minutes.**

**Slammed down my Agent O and hit the gym. Awesome workout. I slept in a little and drank a little last night to help me sleep. Woke up feeling pretty good. By the end of my warm up. I was so pumped**

**Wisdom teeth extracted at 10:00 A.M. this morning! Woot! Right now Im cramming down some Wonton soup and Shrimp Lo Mein. My diet is going to suck today/tommorow but atleast Im not in pain and have ZERO facial swelling. It was the first time I was ever knocked out for a surgery, not an unpleasant feeling at all.**

**First day back to the gym. Mouth still a little sore and diet was horrible during the weekend. Wasn't feeling too good, managed to add some weight to leg press though. Overall just beat though.**

Glad to see the FORVM is back up. Had a great week of lifting so far. Tommorow hitting back and bis. Will log that workout. Overall impression of Agent O as a pre-workout supp is pretty high. I have two samples left which will take me to the end of this workout week.
