Just got some of the new powder in and a bottle of the capsules. I just had a meet on Sunday so I am taking this week off. I start training for a very big meet in January on Sunday, and the training cycle will be kicked off with the 2nd batch of Agent O!
I will start with the powder.
Looking forward to hearing how the two forms of Agent O work for ya boom.
I took one serving of the capsules today 45 minutes after a small meal. I felt no effects whatsoever in energy, focus, beta alanine tingles, etc. I will try the powder out tomorrow, and if it has no effect on me, I will try taking the capsules and the powder together.
Today: Light Bench
Bench-work up to 6x2 @ 280 lbs. (It might have been 7 sets, I lost count). The last rep of the last set was paused for 4 seconds.
Incline CGBP-185x8, 195x8, 205x6
Incline paused DB Bench-3x15 @ 50 lbs
Arnold presses superset with seated DB laterals-35x12 ss 20x10 (3 supersets)
Seated OH DB extension-3x15 @ 75 lbs
Cable crossovers-1x15, 1x15 drop 1x25 or 30

That sucks that the capsules didn't do anything for you. I noticed a lessened effect as well, but I still felt something. Maybe try 10-12 caps next time???

Hmm..haven't heard too much positive feedback on the pills...hope I get the powder when it comes.

I may do that, but I am not sure if it would have much of a difference. I will try the powder tomorrow, and hopefully that gives me a small kick. If not, I am just going to have to experiment..I'll even take 2 scoops and the capsules to see how that goes if I have to.

Never know! I am really tolerant to stimulants for some reason, so it may be different for you.
I had one scoop of the powder today. Same thing as yesterday, no effects. The taste was different then round one though. I think it tasted a little bit better. It had more of a citrus flavor to it and it didn't taste as bitter, and that is good for me as citrus flavoring is my favorite flavor of anything. On Wednesday I will try something else, maybe more capsules, more powder, or combine the powder and the capsules. I'll see.

Took 10 capsules today. Didn't feel any effect, again. New experiment on Friday: 7 capsules with a serving of powder.

I wanted 353x3 on the 3 board but the 2nd one was tough so I racked it, I'll do the same thing again next week and go for 3.
Today I took 7 capsules + a scoop of powder. I didn't feel any effects. I actually started to feel tired/crashing during squats. I am not sure if that is the stimulants crashing or not (even without me feeling the "stimulant" part). Time for a new experiment on Sunday. 2 scoops+7 capsules.

That sucks that Agent O isn't affecting you at all. This goes to prove that everyone reacts differently to different products...
Today I took 10 capsules and a scoop. Didn't feel any extra energy or anything but now that I think about it I was sort of "dragging ass" before I went to the gym. When I started lifting that all changed. That may have been the Agent O. I will do the same thing I did today tomorrow and compare the results.

I flew through my accessories after the CGIBP. My 6x2 @ 280 felt way better then last week, the bar is flying off my chest. My new set up is really helping with leg drive, once I get a hang of it and get consistent I think my bench is going to get better.
I used a little over 2 scoops today + 7 capsules. It was awesome. I really felt the effects. High energy and focus for sure. It sucks though, I ran out of powder so I can't use this "formula" anymore!

Had to skip prowler today, ran out of time and had to work.
Took 10 capsules today. It didn't do much for me. However, I can definitely feel the difference of not using the powder. The powder is more effective for me then the capsules by far, especially when I mixed 2+ scoops with 7 capsules. I may try 14 capsules out (2 servings) on Friday.

6x4 @ 280 lbs was very easy. Next week is 6x5. My 3 board strength sucks..got way out of groove on my 2nd set, my elbows flared out completely as soon as I touched the board and I couldn't grind it out. Next week I'll get 3 reps with 353

This is the end of one of my 3 week "waves" for light bench day, so for the next 3 weeks I will be switching up my secondary bench movement and my assistance work. I am happy about the 225x8 on CG incline considering I barely got 205x6 14 days ago.
Took 11 capsules today, so one more then yesterday. I didn't feel any increases or anything, but I did sweat more then usual today.

I didn't realize I was fried by the time I got to the workout until I started deadlifting. I think 3 straight days prior of using my lower back a lot was the cause. The original plan was to hit 496x5 and a 600 single off the blocks since I am deloading next week, but I stopped at 3 with one grinder in the tank for the 496 set and just worked up to a heavy triple on block pulls because I wasn't "feeling it" for a single.
12 capsules today....I felt great. The focus and energy was there for sure. I am gonna try 14 on Friday.

Here is my workout, and I was in a rush so I completely forgot to take Agent O. Whoops. But I guess this was a good thing to compare.. I didn't feel any different without using Agent O then I did while taking Agent O. I must not react to stimulants well at all.

The plan was to hit 522x5 today but I didn't feel too great today squatting for some reason. Even 480ish felt heavy on my back while warming up. The first rep was high, then the next 3 were good. The 4th rep=grinder. After my training partner convinced me, I went and did 500 for 6.

I took 14 capsules today. I actually felt the effects, I think. I moved through my workout very fast, and I was sweating more then usual. I am out of Agent O completely now.
