I got to hit up the Olympia one year and train at the ABC at Golds Flamingo. I now have memories that will last a lifetime bc of it. If you are in the area and plan on attending the Expo, def. hit up the ABC, it will leave you with memories just like the ones I still cherish and remember today

Unfortunately... Ben's referring to food, for the Seattle ABC, on October 1st... And, it would get shutdown, if we went there... On a normal day, it's poorly stocked...

In that case, then, what we should do is buy one of the "all day, all buffets" packages that many of the hotels are doing now. You pay one price, like 40 bucks, and then you can eat anytime you want at any of the buffets at their different hotels for a full 24 hours. That way, if we wipe out one, we'll just move on to the next!

He has his first show coming up in NOVEMBER so the MR.O , Animal Cage and ABC is the perfect thing to motivate him to stay 100% focused!
