Wraths forearms and hous's calves they are unreal see him next to ski(nice pics by the way ski) but damn. My ol lady always stress me about my forearms if I had those she would put me out hahaha ha . I gotta get my ass out there next year. Nice hat wrath had on ehhh.

Just an idea for the Cage next year, or maybe for the Olympia..

How about a webcast from inside the cage? Be great for those who can't make it, or missed some of the seminars and exibitions. Just an idea to spread the word of ANIMAL!

I've made it to the Arnold the last three years, and the Cage is always awesome. Be cool to have a link we could click on weeks or months later to go back and see it all again.

Yea... after buying just about every piece of clothing animal had to offer at the cage, I went back to finish off my collection to only find out that the fitted hats were sold out, skullies too I believe.

I had a blast dquatting in The Cage on Friday. I couldnt get comfortable in the powerrack so didnt get as heavy as i would have liked. I hung out there most of the weekend. J-Rock (Jeremy Hoornstra), had a freaky bench session hitting a 635 and just barely missing 675 twice... with just wrist wraps on! Rock pulled 750, and then The Cage was a virtual whos who of powerlifting with Kara, B, Ryan Kennelly, Bobby and Carol Fields, Gunny Green, Brian Carrol, Shawn Frankle and more... Not to mention, the Man, the Myth, The Legend--Ed Coan himself!

Hahahahhaahhaha yea, I had the privilege to meet the House and talk to him and get a few shots of those monster legs! when I ask'd how large his calves are, he said "haha 23inchs". I was like F*ck!!!! Those calves are as large as my thigh's were when I started lifting! -OR- an average 10lb plate is roughly 23inch's in circumfrance, so the next time you wanna know what he must feel like with those beasts.... try to stuff a 10lb plate down each one of you pantlegs and that is what his pants look like when he looks down at his calves!!!!!! (hint: you won't be able to fit the plate down your pant legs!)

No, I'm not kidding. I don't know all of the Animal sponsored guys' nicknames and though I recognized him from AnimalPak ads I don't recall him being in the Olympia and the Top 12 in that show's really all the bodybuilders I recognize by name/face. I follow powerlifting and power benching closely but I not in any fan clubs for guys who are featured in magazine ads so, nope, not kidding.
