Notes:
Run was on a hilly course we named the course from hell. Had not done it in years and had it in my mind to work up to it. Happy to get it in. Need to lose 5 lbs, but for next year I'm going to shoot for 182. I think that if I do a more serious weightlifting program which includes Squats and deadlifts and keep the reps in the moderate 6-10 rep range I think I can sustain that weight. I honestly feel pretty tight right now.
I would like to be in better shape overall, but I did the books through the end of July and it looks to me like we're doing 50% more work than normal. I don't imagine that it's sustainable but I think it explains why we don't have the energy to go after the workouts as we'd like to. Also I think that gives a perspective that given the Covid created circumstances we're not doing so bad on the workouts.
