I decided to get started on trying out the Hammer strength bench for a while. Kept it light because the movement is a little different, really feels like more of a close grip bench, but even with the light weight the whole pec felt pretty full. Upped the volume since it was light, but honestly really enjoyed how the volume on the deadlifts felt the other day so that was the primary motivation. Kept the rest at 2 minutes between sets. Really need to improve my fitness and move to supersets, that's a long workout. 3 out of the last 4 days my weight has been under 190, so some positive signs there.
