Been talking to another Cleveland Animal and we are throwing the idea of an Animal training session on the morning of October 13th at the Rocky River Fitworks. Let me know if there are any other animals that want to join.

Had been thinking about an earlier time. Would that make a difference if you could make it?

Also if we need to we can try to find a more central location depending on who will be joining.

So we are tryin to nail down a time. I am available that day either around 10 am or 2:30. I put out there that we could do it at the Fitworks in Olmsted Falls but if I can get a count of who is coming and where they would be coming from we can find a more central location. So get me your info and we will get this together.

Is everyone on the West side? East side? Are we locked in to Fitworks? Going to need an address for wherever we end up. I can make 11am, work out til about 12:30 or 1p.. then lunch?

I vote for either Delts and Tris.... or Chest and BIs? Anyone up for that?
