Cant bring her on a motorbike. And the thing is, she's really clingy, she wont leave my side in the company of strangers.

Well, advertising in the Netherlands is nice. But misleading like hell. Promising to be able to go to London for 58 euros per person. The hell it is. After some checking, the cheapest we can get will cost at least 200 euros per person just for the flight. They are 'kind' enough to leave out taxes in the advertisements. Bastards. Getting sick of this.
I would love to meet you all, but that is just too much for a trainingsession.
I am sorry about this, but me and my girl were thought to believe it would be MUCH cheaper...

which airline did you try, surely you can fly for cheaper than that!! i agree with how thoughtful the airlines are in leaving out the taxes etc until you are about to book!!

Im UK too by the way, i wasnt just offering flight information!

Currently doing my final exams for my degree so any chance of me attending an event is prob not possible for the time being. Also as they are miles away and i dont drive (yet!!) would make it a bit tricky getting there. Hopefully once i finish uni and pass my driving test i'll be able to attend!!

Groningen, the North. Easyjet was a good tip tho. Tried it out, filled in a fake booking, but it still lead to a 250 euro cost. In the stat you will even see some taxes being readded, while they say on the startpage that all taxes are included... Go figure.
But even then, we still would have to get from Groningen to Amsterdam. And then from Gatwick to where we need to go...

This sucks. Not gonna spent more time on this. Cheapest so far is Easyjet, 250 euros just for the flights. That is just too much for training, even if its with much valued forvm members.
I am very irritated right now. Signing off for today before i am losing my cool. My temper is flaring right now. I apologize for this, guess it was a bit too good to be true to be able to attend a England ABC.

Thrawn, make your international trip the Arnold expo '09. That way you can train with everyone.

Tried that through tickettracker to give it a shot. Cheapest flight it came up with is Continental Airlines, 2600 euros for the two of us, flights only... Do not get your hopes up on meeting me there either for that kind of money.

Well save all your spare money this year instead of splashing out on Jimmy Choo clogs!
Believe me, the last was good, the next expo will be off the hook. You will be in dreamland, trust me.

PS- 2600 Euros, you flying first class with in-flight massage???
That cant be right. Flight only cost me £280 in total. If its so expensive flying from Holland, which i doubt, then get a train to England, then fly from here.

I used www.tickettracker.nl, it was supposed to give me the cheapest tickets available. But if you have other options or sites, feel free to send me some. The 2600 was all flights for two persons.
I am a bit cooled off now at least. My girl and i were a bit mad last night when we saw that the advertisement scam put our finances for a weekend London in turmoil. We have been seeing ads like 'Go to London for 58 euros!!!'. They forget to mention that this does not include about 85 euros of taxes... and bringing luggage (duuuhh) will cost extra...
Its not that i/we do not have the money. But we were a bit taken back by the real prices we saw, not what we had planned. I might still say 'Fuck it, i wanna break my back with Toni there'.
So, gimme some more sites on tickets (i am not good at that kind of thing anyway) and make me a happy man! I will deadlift with ya at the Arnold then =) Or try and take Sgt Rock on? j/k

I will deadlift with ya at the Arnold then =) Or try and take Sgt Rock on? j/k
I really hope you can swing this..think of it this way..you wont have to worry bout food cause you will have all the food you need at my place!

and we can surely do chest and back..I love that split and this way I can get some chest in with sanga, and back with you. Your girl and my son can go picture happy on us too. ;)
