      G's Daily Supps... What Are You On?

      Yesterday I trained wheels. What follows are my supplements for the day...

      Morning:
      3 NOX3
      1g Vitamin C
      2 N1-T
      2 Tribulus Pro
      1 pack Animal Test

      Late Morning:
      1 Animal Pak
      1g Vitamin C

      Preworkout:
      1 pack Animal Pump
      1 pack Animal Test
      1 Vanadyl Sulfate
      2 Tribulus Pro

      During Training:
      2 servings EAA Stack w/ 25g Carbo Plus

      Postworkout:
      2 packs Animal Nitro

      Before Bed:
      3 NOX3
      2 N1-T
      2 Tribulus Pro
      1g Vitamin C

      My main supplemental protein source has been Animal Max (Vanilla), which I used 10 scoops of yesterday. Some days I use more, some days I use less.

      I change my supp regimen every few weeks, so I'll update my protocol in a couple weeks. In the meantime, what are you on?

      I try to keep things simple:

      morning:
      animal pak

      pre-workout:
      Shock Therapy or Animal Pump

      post-workout
      2 scoops whey protein
      5grams creatine monohydrate
      3ounces dextrose
      500mg vitamin C

      Before Bed:
      1 serving real gains
      3 Fish pills


      throughout the day, around 9-12 uni-liver tabs.

      Workout drink - 1.5 liters water mixed with Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA,
      Powdered Gatorade

      Post Workout - Nitro G (recently switched this up from using Nitro / grape
      juice

      1st Solid Meal - Pak

      1 Hour Before Lunch - M-Stak

      Bedtime - Flex

      4 Uniliver with every solid meal (20 a day)

      2 Real Gains Shakes with 5g Glutamine

      Postworkout
      -60g Waxy Maize
      -4 scoops BCAA
      -1 scoop Universal Storm
      (25-30 min later)
      -2 scoops whey

      With PWO meal
      -Multi
      -Glucosamine Sulfate+MSM
      -Fish Oil
      -Evening Primrose oil

      Pretty basic.
      Also use whey shakes throughout the day with either some real gains or casein and oats.

      Daily supps

      First thing in the morning...

      50 gram protein shake, with extra 5 grams of glutamine
      Animal Pak
      (wait about 10 minutes then 2 packs of oatmeal)
      Animal Test

      30 minutes before workout
      Animal Pump

      Immediatly after workout
      Nitro G

      with dinner
      Animal Flex

      before bed
      50 gram protein shake with 5 gram glutamine
      (wait about 30 - 45 minutes)
      ZMA

      Also... 4 Uni-liver with 3 to 4 of my meals.

      Current Stack: Pak, Flex, Fury, Atomic 7, Shock Therapy, Animal Whey, PM and ZMA

      That's funny, I was wondering what would happen if you took 2-3 doses of Test a day. Have you noticed a difference at all?

      Here's how Intesity does it:

      Meal 1 - Pak & Flex, probiotics

      Preworkout - Pump

      &

      M-stak (soon to be alternated with Test) - I will run two cans of M-stak then alternate with 2 cans Test

      During - sometimes I will sip on eaa stack or bcaa stack

      Post workout - Torrent (I loves me some Torrent)

      I will have protein shake or MRP between some meals with an added fiber supplement.

      Because of working nights mine is a little weird,

      Preworkout

      5:30am Stak2 with 50 grams whey protein

      6:30am Test

      7:00am train and have a Big Ant drink with Universal BCAAS, Storm, glutamine and powdered Gatorade

      Post Workout

      50 grams whey with 40 grams carbs and Pak

      Before bed at 9 or 9:30am Flex with 50 grams whey

      Immediatley upon waking 1 serving of Universal BCAAs

      Weird, but it works for me.
