      Damn, I either gotta get a nice job when I grad or a deal with Universal...

      Pak with first meal
      Flex once or twice a day, usually with a meal and late at night
      Real Gains once or twice, usually in the morning and/or at night

      M-Stak 45 mins out
      Pump/Carbo Plus 30 mins out
      Nitro/Storm/Carbo Plus post

      Melatonin before bed
      4 Creatine mono caps on off days

      Just ordered Nitro G and Torrent, will be getting some BA soon, and dropping Storm. Will probably go 2 g BA in the morning, 4 g with Pump, Nitro G immediately post, Torrent 30 mins later.

      M-Stak, Pump, Nitro G, Torrent....kind of my "dream stack"...should be interesting with the BA in there as well.

      definitely agree with this stak..

      depending upon what im going for, ill throw in some Mstak,...

      guys have to remember though...............Supplements are just to SUPPLEMENT your training and DIET.

      without those two in check..supps arent going to do anything.

      as for now: pak, uni-liver, whey protein, cassein protein, glutamine, bcaas, creatine mono... lookin forward to add the ST/Storm combo pretty soon, we'll see

      not the biggest array, but as a college student i'm trying to get what i can. working good so far w/ good diet and training routine.

      Training Days:

      Morning: Pak

      Pre-Workout: Shock Therapy/Storm

      Off-Days:

      I woud say the same thing..a simple casein would be cheaper and more efficient and less carbs. unless it helps you sleep better you cannot put a price on sleep lol...
