We are kicking off 2017 with some heavy lifting, camaraderie, and Animal brotherhood/sisterhood at one of the baddest Powerlifting/Strongman gyms in downtown Seattle.
Admission is FREE if you wear an Animal Pak shirt.
$10 guest fee at the door if you are not wearing any Animal gear.
This gym is located underground, under the Melbourne Tower in downtown Seattle. 2 blocks away from Pike's Market on the corner of 3rd Avenue & Pike Street.
I am planning to be there around 9:30am and will meet anyone upstairs at street level on 3rd Avenue by the entrance of the Melbourne Tower.
There is a glass door on the right, we will try to make a sign for you cause it's Cardkey access only.

I will also have some Animal samples to give away to all the participants who attend this workout.

We had 29 people show up today for the Seattle ABC
Took alot of video footage and we even broadcasted for 30 minutes LIVE on my Instagram.
Thank you Corporate for the Animal Fury and Animal Whey samples that I gave out to all the participants.
Looking forward to the next ABC we will host in the Spring sometime. Stay tuned for details.
