      -Dead 475
      -Front Squat 345

      All my lifts are raw except for a belt and chalk. I'm new to powerlifting, convert from bodybuilding. My next training cycle I'm going to start doin back squats, I've been doin Front squats only because that is what I'm use to and wanted to see how my body would react to training heavy with them. In about 3 weeks i'm going to start using my bench shirt I recieved for my Bday when i start doin 3x3. Training is going very well and I think I'm gonna get my 500 dead in a few months. Gonna start posting more on the forvm.

      -where you are from: Currently stationed in HI. However, orginally from New Orleans, LA.
      -what gym you train out of or team you are on: Currently train out of Gold's Gym in Honolulu, however, I'm a member of the Jesse Kellum Power Team.
      -weight & weight class: Typically compete as a 198lber. However, might be taking the plunge to 181 (I'm fairly good with the whole dehydrating/rehydrating stuff)
      -best competition and gym lifts
      Competition at 198:
      Sq= 620
      BP= 405
      DL= 525

      Gym Lifts:
      Sq= 445x1 (no gear, no belt), 605x3 w/ briefs and knee wraps
      BP= 455x1 (shirted)
      DL= 495x1 (no gear, no belt)
      GM= 405x2
      Always, always, check identity before grabbing your "girlfriend’s" ass from behind. You might get a hand full of a body builder’s 34 year old wife. If you do, immediately yelling "OMG, I thought you were my 20 year old girlfriend!" can save your life.

      Name: Weston Cobb
      Gym : South Lyon Powerhouse in South Lyon Michigan (not part of a team, but Id kill to travel to Columbus for a few days and train at Westside)

      Weight: 185lbs, never competed in an actual event, but my first one was moved from tomarrow to Jan 26.

      Best lifts are Bench: 365 Deadlift: 505 Squat: 485
      All my lifts are done raw (I use a belt and wrist wraps), but after a few more months of training, id like to get serious about buying some gear.

      I train using the Westside method, I do farmers walk and sled dragging on my off days.

      powerlifting is alive and well in Central NJ

      My name is Henri Skiba
      I've competed in the 80's90's and now 2000.I've seen the changes from garbage equipt to the science that enhances our sport today!!!I feel I've reinvented myself several times to keep on training. Our powerlifting group is made up of a mixed group led by TEK(TommyK) on your forum. Check out the universal nutrition catalog which contains several pics from our gym.We follow many if the westside training protocols,Dave Tate gave a seminar at our gym. We learned hands on from Bill Crawford and Sebastian Burns how to shirt bench at our gym. So we're always open to new ideas. Hopefully the forum can pick our minds.
      Always looking for serious lifters to train with.

      Im 28, residing in gurnee, IL. I just moved out here from seattle. I train at the golds there currently. Im looking for a powerlifting gym nearby to learn the techniques and methods and to eventually compete. My current totals are (only using a belt on squat), 315 bench, 485 squat and a 455 dead at 210 lbs. If anyone can point me in the right direction for some help that would be appreciated
