      Sup!

      Age = 35

      Stand 5' 9"

I am from TEXAS!!!! in the city of Midland. (Out in the middle of nowhere, but if you've seen the movie Friday night lights you'll know where.)

I train at Gold's, school gym I work at, and The Gym (owned by a fellow team member)

I currently tilt the scales between 245-250 and I compete in the 242 class.

      My best comp lifts are:
      Squat: 550
      Bench: 465
      Deadlift: 562

      My best gym lifts geared:
      Squat: 600
      Bench: 510
      Deadlift: don't do

I have just recently bagan squatting again, the comp squat was over 1 year and a half ago...I had knee surgery back in December of 06...am in need of a total knee replacement.

      Best RAW lifts:
      Squat: 510
      Bench: 405
      Deadlift: 500

I lift in the NASA federation. I lift for Half Evil Powelifting, a team we began a year ago...we are small but growing.
I am planning on lifting in other feds as well but consider NASA my home.

I currently use a Katana single ply bench shirt, Titan single ply squat suit and Titan single ply deadlift suit. I do use a Titan F6 single ply and Inzer Denim single ply shirt...am looking into double denim for feds that aloow 2 ply...also have an F6 2-ply...that sucker hurts!!! LOL

On a side note I judge high school meets in Texas and do enjoy helping coaches and lifters achieve goals and PR's.
I enjoy helping my own students achieve success in the weightroom.

I've learned from many and enjoy giving back to new lifters!

I never have a chance to fully train to compete due to I wrestle and always have to watch my friggin weight. After this year at Millersville Univ. I dont know if I'm gonna keep wrestling so that I can switch to what I'd rather do -- train without having to worry about my weight.

      Best Gym Results (@145lbs.)
      Bench - 225
      Squat - 375
      DL - 355
all raw lifts... cant really afford suits or shirts yet

      Goal for 08/08
Weight 160lbs+ and get total over 1000
