thats pretty good! you could even use 2oz of actual watermelon. i read some where on here once that watermelon contains N.O boosting ingredients (alot in the white rind) look it up, for a while i took a tolerence break from pre workout supps and ate 2oz 45mins pre workout and it worked well for me.

It could even be a little more awesome if you used frozen strawberries instead of the ice cubes. What do you think??
