      Anabolic CANDY Preworkout Meal Shake

I just concocted this and had to post it..it was so freggin good.

Shake as a preworkout meal 1 hour prior to workout.

      "Anabolic CANDY"

2 Scoops of Strawberry Real Gains
2 scoops (about 10 grams) of Watermelon EAA Stack
1/2 a large banana (or 1 small banana)
2 pieces of honeydew melon about 2oz worth (or any similar melon will suffice)
      6-8 ice cubes
      12 oz water

      about

      400k/cal
      26 grams of protein
      2 grams of fat
      65ish carbs.

and it tastes like a push-pop

technically all calories are in the thousands. I forgot the reasoning behind this, but when you read things like 100 calories, its really 100,000 calories...by the same token when u burn "100" calories its actually 100,000...hence the 400k/cal....

Cal = 1000 small ones, a normal Calorie
cal = 1 small one, the calorie that we don't think of

      so, its either kcal
or Calorie for the normal one

2 scoops real gains - 26g protein, + 2 scoops eaa stack = much more than 26g protein.

I love the watermelon EAA Stack. But I'm a huge grape kool-aide fan, so if Universal ever came out with a grape EAA Stack (like EAA Nitro tastes), I would buy it by the bucket-load!!!!
