Funny you say that, there was once a live interview by an incredibly strong smaller guy that was taking down huge dudes in pro arm wrestling..... they put a mic to him and asked "the question" Do you juice? He said every morning I have a glass of orange juice...he had no clue they were even talking about drugs.

Sometimes I do sum grapefruit juice on occassion as well...let the truth be known.

Liquid optional... That dude chews his shakes. From what I can ascertain, he lines up 10 different jugs at random and adds a scoop of each to his mixboy. It is madness, but quite obviously it works for him.
