      On the Road to the Ultimate Goal - BAMBAM92

      I know in the past I have posted my other journeys or training logs and I will be closing those or ending them, whatever. However, this one shal remain in their place. My journey to my ultimate goal...The fun part is, sticking around to find out what that is! This thread will be the real deal...Pictures, vids, writings, stories, workout logs, diets, etc etc. Whatever I do, you will know about it in the realm of relevance to bodybuilding and our lifestyle. This won't be easy, this won't be fun, this won't be some bullshit walk through the park...but it is what I have chosen for myself. My only question is are you willing to stand by my side, enjoy the ride, and reach your goals with me! Brothers, Sisters, ANIMAL LEGION...you have a brother in me and I extend my hand to each and every one of you in here. The road will be long and littered with hardships and calm waters. Smiles and Tears. Highs and Lows. But in the end you will have seen and witnessed something...someone being forged out of his own fire and will. I have come a long way, but have so much farther to go. I now take my first new step down this road....will you join me?

      Deadlift- 135/225 w/u, 315x12, 405x12, 500x8, 545x8, 585x4, 600x3, 625x2
      Asst. Pullups- BW x 15 (palms facing in), BW x 15 (wide grip), BW x 12 (palms facing in), BW x 12 (wide grip) *the "help" was decreased each set
      Pulldowns- 150x15, 170x12, 180x12, 210x8
      -s.s. w/-
      Rev Grip Machine Pulldowns- 1pps x 15, 2pps x 12, 2pps + 25 x 10, 3pps x 10
      BB Rows "Crazy Eights"- (wide grip, close grip, and rev. grip- each 8 reps)- 135, 185, 225, 185
      Seated Rows- 200 x burnout (true failure...)

      DONE!!! This first workout back from the Arnold Classic had to set the tone for the months to come...I am bulking right now and trying to gain some MAJOR mass until I start dieting once again. The fact I want to win the show I have picked out, coupled with the insane amount of motivation I have from this past weekend, helped me puch some serious weight around today. I felt amazing with my new supplement arsenal lined out and eating PLENTY if not a shit ton of food in my system. Now, I can't let my foot off the gas...gotta keep pushing and working to get where I need and want to be!

      I thought you were gonna do deads at the ABC at Metro bro?

      You have some of the craziest, strongest deadlift #s around here I wanted to see that ground shake at Metro!!! Probably would have bounced me and Burt up in the air while we were doing barbell rows too!

      I was going to do deads at metro with Fury but he went to the night show so I did legs with Dannyb instead...and also one named SAM BYRD lol. I wanted to but I OWE Fury a back workout. If I would have known you guys were doing back then I would have done em'.

      Thanks bro! Deads are my forte'. I am 6'3" 6'4" give or take, 245-250 lbs depending on how much I have eaten lol. I am looking to get up to 275 lbs with as little bodyfat as I can handle. I am not dieting down but just trying to fill out my frame. And I think thats the right weight to do so.

      Tuesday- OFF

      I took today off just trying to get my shit together and made up for my midterms. Trying to finish up school...and it sucks big time! That along with work just made this day hectic...and half my family is sick so I have to play maid and doctor...oh well....its fun lol. Tomorrow is chest, then thursday is arms and calves, and then shoulders fri, and finally legs on saturday. I might switch it up to legs friday, and shoulders sat. Who knows?! Im trying a new split and new dieting and just basically forging a new me after this years Arnold Classic eye opening experience. We shal see how things turn out....Hope the rest of my ANIMAL Legion bros are doing good. If ya need me, I'm here...

      Bench Press- 135, 225 w/u, 275x12, 315x10, 335x8, 365x7, 405x5, 425x1
      Incline DB- 80's w/u, 100x12, 110x12, 110x12, 120x10
      Cable Fly- 70x15, 70x15, 80x12, 80x10 (Did each weight laying flat and also incline)
      Hammer Strength Incline Press- 2pps x 20 x 2
      Floor Press- 225x10, 275x10, 315x6 (did these with 2 second pause on the floor with tri's touching)

      DONE! Feel good today, little sore. I have been fighting off a cold the past few days so my workouts haven't been what I wanted them to (deads and bench) but after those first few lifts I seem to find my groove. Like Vinny said though, "Sometimes you are Superman...and sometimes you are Clark Kent". Now, I feel sorta like Clark Kent....but will battle back!

      WHEELS!

      Squats (ATG)- 135 w/u, 225x12, 315x12, 405x8, 455x5, 315x10, 225x20
      SLDL- 135x12, 225x12, 315x10
      Leg Press- 1pps (single leg) x 10 w/u, 3ppsx30, 4ppsx20, 5ppsx15, 6ppsx15, 8ppsx10, 5pps dropset to 2pps x 57 (total reps)
      Leg Ext- 165x12, 175x10, 195x10 (I had to gut these out)
      -s.s. w/-
      Lying Leg Curls- 170 x 15 x 3 sets (also...gutted out)

      DONE!! My legs are f****** fried! It hurts to do anything right now except eat lol. Awesome pump, good burn, and now I'm sore so I guess I am doing something right. One step closer to Sam Byrd lol (I got a LONG way to go)!!! Tried to work in more hams today and switched my leg stance on the press to put more pressure on them as well. Did a few reps for my thighs and then finished with reps for hams. Well, I suppose thats about all. Now to go eat...again....and again...lol
