I`d like to thank every single Animal I came in contact with over the Arnold weekend, you all made the weekend a great experience that I`ll never ever forget, I`m already planning next years trip, lol.

The cage is everything I`ve heard and more, its a living breathing thing that is brought to life by us all, every single one of us, the commeraderie (sp), the talk, the training, the knowledge, the feel, the atmosphere, its all this and more, I can`t put my finger on one single thing to describe it, its all of this and more, the only true way to know what I`m talking about is to visit The Cage, see, hear and breath it as its truely an amazing experience.

Thanks you to everyone I met, talked to and hung out with, too many names to mention, plus I`ve forgotten so many of them as there were so many of us, respect to you all, THANK YOU.

I`ve just returned from The States as I have been in New York (Crazy Place) since The Cage and am very tired, pics to follow tomorrow.

So it's got you like it got me last year. Nice bro, so pleased you got there and back safe and it was everything you hoped it would be. Bonus your coming back too, i will definately on my word be there next year too. I really missed the place, but it was great knowing there was another like mind representing our strange little island.
