Who's down for the 2nd Annual Olympia ABC on the Sunday following the big show at Gold's on Flamingo?

Last year was the bomb and was just a taste of what is to come. I know there will be many of the heavyweights from the Animal crew working with me at the expo and training over the course of the week, culminating with a big Animal Barbell Club gathering to closeout the weekend.

The time is drawing near. We're just over a month out from the Mr. O weekend. I'll be there. Will you?

Blue Berry Hill. They were pretty cool last year. Plus, they have that "weightlifters' menu" that had those freakin' awesome whole grain waffles with walnuts......damn yummy!
