The last 2 are capsules. I break them open and dump them into my shaker.
This mixture digests faster for me than does Torrent. It does not bloat me at all and increases my pump. The best part is I am ready to eat within 15 minutes of drinking it. Past experiences with Torrent left me too full to do this. As for my recovery: well it is off the charts! Plus this stuff tastes like grape Kool-Aid and who does not like that? For those who may need more dextrose or sugars you can always go 2 servings of EAA Nitro or some bulk dextrose. I am going to keep using as my post work out drink for a while to come.
