Yeah it was a complete blast. It's hard to believe how every session just gets better and better everytime. NOt only because of the group we have here but because of the knowledge that goes around and how much we learn as a group. For this reason i can't miss the Arnold this year. If chicago is representin' the whole group must go.

Montgomery is a little out of my jurisdiction. (LOL) Looks very raw not many left like that. It's time for Universal to get into the gym business! Time to bring back the old iron. No more rubber coated crap! Real freakin' dumbbells! A chin bar for cryin' out loud, a power rack, some of the most basic things we used back then can not be found in most fitness centers or health clubs. Some of you have never even seen a real t-bar not the bullshit corner rows you guys think we used back then. Any of you guys that trained at Gold's in the 70's will tell you that was our bread and butter move for back! (I think Arnold would agree)

i found it one day on my harley my gf lives in Oswego so i was heading back from her place and spotted it. The crew inside were extremely friendly and welcoming we will definetly be going back for another ABC.

Big thanks to everyone who came out! It was great to see old faces and meet some new ones. We might not be the biggest ABC chapter out there but we have a solid, dedicated group of people and I feel like we are truly a really tight crew...and we are growing. And with each ABC these bonds only grow stronger, can't wait for the next one.

Big thanks to Byron and Dan from Jakked for their help and support. Gym was amazing, and we will definitely be back there.

I'd also like to thank Animal/Universal for their continued help and support. Big thanks to Jeff from Universal Midwest, and to Chris as well for coming out with some goodies and to bang the iron with us...welcome aboard bro!
