Took it for the first time last night.
Seems like I slept well, but I got home from Columbus at 1am yesterday. So its hard for me to say if I was still tired from the weekend/travel. I really think it made me sleep calmer though.

I am planning to take it every night, and will log it down. Thanks for another great product!

I took mine for the first time Sunday night. I should have been sore as hell from the ABC. I pushed tri's heavier than I ever have. I was fine the next day. Chuck and the others guys I lifted with at the ABC were really sore. Love that aspect of it! I will however, advise not to use PM unless you can get 7-8 hours of sleep. I slept great but on 6 hours, I didn't want to get out of bed. I did fall asleep really fast and it was the best sleep I have gotten in months! Loving PM!!
