equipment not being available..
Those are just samples. If you want help setting up good HRT routines just post whatever and we can all chime in.
I'm 23 weeks in and I change my HRT exercise load every few weeks just a little. Its no biggie. Just make sure you get some compound and isolation moves and get the rest that you need.
copy.. ill be getting with D-Bone soon and getting it all figured out.. he competes next Sunday in a Power Sports state meet.. so not sure how this week
will work for him starting the training, but we will see how it goes..

Tempus I'll get with Little Z and he can show me how to link up my journey to our page. I'm not very good with computers. I'm ready to help team Yellow earn a victors avatar. Does anyone know how this contest will be judged. How will they tell how much lean mass we put on. Little Z and myself our big guys and as we put on lean mass we may actually get smaller due to decreased body fat.

but still look BIGGER lol.. i just went shopping for shirts last week.. and ended up with flip-flops and boxers.. FML.. haha
tweaked rage's diet for this contest a bit.. added more calories for my size and such, ill be shooting for 6000/daily.. doing the 3 solid 3 shakes for meals..
added a little this, and a little that so i make sure i will be able to reach my calorie goal.. keeping fats low, carbs moderate and protein very high.. cant wait
to see how this turns out.. D-Bone and I are going to set up appointments for the Bod Pod so we can keep track of everything.. Team Yellow is gonna do damage!

I'm at a 282lbs right now and pushing 4500cals on off days, 5500 on workout days and over 6k on recovery days (which might also be a workout day.) Eat it up brothers.

If I hear anything I'll post here about it. I'm still waiting to hear ANY rules. Until then I'm just going to keep getting bigger. And leaner. I'm starting to get hints of ab definition. Too crazy.

Alright gentlemen. Today is Day 1 of the contest. By the end of next week (April 16th), I will need for everyone to post their beginning weight (todays weight), beginning bf% and only two before pics (a front and rear relaxed). Be sure you are wearing shorts that are pulled up so the judges can see your quads and hamstrings.
There is no cardio in this contest. For those of you following my diet, you will lean out just fine and have plenty of calories for adding lean muscle. While my diet is optional, my training routine is mandatory for this contest. Lets go to work!
So make sure you get a front and back pic and then get your body fat tested. Post here once you have it done so we can keep track.
