Don't worry about the supplements. Get the diet good which will help with muscle recovery. You could grab some whey protein and glutamine for recovery as well. Also, it is not about how often you workout but intensity in which you workout. Hit each muscle group once a week with max efforts and you will be happy with what you see.
Granted, I just started the Pak two days ago, I'm pretty impressed so far. In the last two days I have felt more energetic throughout the day. It's a little early to really tell what results it has produced, but I'm confident they will be beneficial.
first got it when i was 17 years old cause loads of people told it was good, i couldn't swallow them (cause of taste) left them, 3 year later got serious of getting big added to supplies again, then again, then again, and today and tomorrow
don't feel any difference between eating them or not, but once you look to the list of goods it has, there's no way you can eat enough food to get all that...so that just turns out to be called food more then food supplement.
plus Pak was born way before me and it's still here virtually unchanged...
i go to the gym back and forward, quit and start, drop weight pick again, but once i start Pak is there with me.
