I was up in CT this past weekend, and I had the chance to train with S.Clarida. My man is an absolute freak. There are no words that can describe him. His intensity is so insane, and it was exactly what I needed to get me going again for this offseason. I dont normally train too heavy, but, im going to give it ago. Pyramids will be back into play .. Looking forward to it!

Sounds awesome bro. I trained with Shaun back in December at Diamond and experienced the same thing. Dude is absolutely nutty and is a freak!

Looking forward to seeing you progress this offseason pal.

Good question. I never go REAL dirty, not a fan of fast food or anything like that. Honestly, anything homemade by ma dukes would be a go for me. I love my moms cooking. I also do enjoy burgers, and tex-mex. I would consider myself a "foodie" going to culinary school, i really enjoy trying things out of the ordinary, and exploring different food options. There isnt much i DONT like lol.

With the rare occasion of someone like Clarida, or Big Ant .. So im not sure. I think ill stick with Team U for now, and continue to grow .. IFBB pro card would always be nice, but with that, would of course have to come with other things ..
