So I'm back in here. I know I've made a couple posts here and there over the past few months talking about how I was going to be back soon and all this and that. But I would find myself making excuses as to why I couldn't come and go to the gym as I should. I found reasons to not stick to a diet, a routine, cardio, vitamin intake, pretty much everything under the sun. And I've never been on to make excuses for shit. I've got a job. I've got income, a paid membership, transportation, and clothes. Anyone see a reason why I couldn't do what needed to be done? If you do, tell me. If you agree, please tell me. But for now, I'm saying me either. All the bull shit is packed away. I won't say I've got a new drive. The drive has always been there, along with the motivation. So to say that would be a lie. I'm just finished making excuses... First workout. Legs. Routine will be updated later. For now, here it is:
1 Mile Run 7:43
Legs
Squats
135 x 8
225 x 8
275 x 8
315 x 3 Felt really weak, so I racked it. I'll make my way back. Trust me.
Ham Blasters
3 sets of 10
Single Leg Press
2pps x 10 (3 sets)
Calf Presses
Single, 3 sets of 20 w/2pps
Double, 1 set, 30 reps, 3pps
Lying Ham Curls
60 x 10 per leg
120 x 10
130 x 10
Abs
50 weighted Sit Ups

There it is. I need to push myself harder, work harder, and think less. Nike had it right the first time.
