Solid session Monday! Even with all the crazy up & down weather and my energy levels being all over the place, been having some kickass training sessions of late. Pump was on point! Lovin the American Press Bar. Glad I kept all of my specialty bars form my Powerlifting days! They have much usefulness for more BBer style training as well. In fact, some of them completely whip your ass with the BB rep schemes, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! It's really helping my left shoulder and DEFINITELY strengthening that long time damage rotator cuff (old varsity Texas 5A Football injury).
