Was draggin a bit so working up to a heavy set of 5 made sense in my head =) Hit some drop sets too! The Cambered Bar torched my low back/low abs so I skipped GM's. Nicely sore and stiff today =) =)
We've had darkness and rain since yesterday and it's supposed to rain through Easter Sunday possibly Monday. I don't have the kiddos so I'll be resting and lifting! My company is closed tomorrow so I'll pick back up than. Feeling run down today, BETTER not be catching what my kiddos had dang it! I'm just constantly busy on all fronts and that will probably never change! Don't mind, wouldn't have it any other way to be honest. Makes lifting feel more like a retreat or vacation when I'm in the Dungeon, LOL! My hot neighbors must think I'm nuts but who cares. IT'S LITERALLY MY THERAPY SO PISS OFF (as the English would say) =) Shout out to Dr. Death haha.
