def would be cool to get a tracklist...too bad copyrights are such a pain in the ass to go through Animal would make a killer selling a Cage tracklist cd!!

I usually crank up my iPod when lifting, I had mine on and could not hear it at all. The jams were rockin! It was awesome! Definately helped me get zoned in for P vs B!
