      I was short on time so I decided to do 1 giant alternating set and was able to knock it out in under 45 minutes. Not a great workout weight-wise but I'll take it.

      Great chest/shoulder workout this morning... did some heavy (for me) doubles and they went really well. Unracking with no spotter was the toughest part, but my shoulders held up okay. Weighted dips felt good, 3 plates for 12 is close to PR strength for me so I'm happy with that. Finished off with machine chest press and smith upright rows. Back tomorrow!

      Quick leg workout... kept my reps high for the most part and didn't rest much. My strength on squats is still very limited on my lower back, but everything else went really well.
