UK BodyPower ABC at Emporium Gym 5/18/13

We had a great ABC event in the UK during the BodyPower weekend. Once again Emporium Gym was a gracious host. We can't say enough good things about Emporium, the staff and the owner Warren for opening up their house for us. If you are in the Birmingham area you owe it to yourself to check out this great gym and they are expanding to a larger site very soon.

The turnout was really good and everyone trained hard. Myself and G Diesel trained chest with Sprint and his partner James. The atmosphere was great with everyone pushing each other.



For the 2nd year in a row Emporium put up a big metal sign promoting the event:

Love that gym. It gets better every time we train there. Warren runs an awesome establishment.

yea in the middle of finals now, finishing my masters degree this july and just could not afford to take the weekend off..
