Details aren't finalized yet but we will have a Pros vs. Bros event on Sunday, 3/2 @ 2:30pm at The Cage. The event will be comprised of diverse members of the Animal Crew (athletes & staff) including Wrath, P Diesel, J Wong, Ibn Mahama, G Diesel and Enforcer. We will then add several members from the FORVM in a throw-down for lifting supremacy. Staying with the powerlifting theme of The Cage, the fellas will go rep-for-rep on the Big Three—bench, squats and deadlifts.

If you're interested in competing in our 2014 edition of Pros vs. Bros, add your name and the lift you'd like to compete in here. Please be aware that slots will be limited. Get your entries in sooner, rather than later!

Weights that will be used for the competition:
Bench for reps @ 225
Squats for reps @ 315
Deads for reps @ 315

I am excited to watch this, unfortunatly after the weight loss my strength isn't where it needs to be. Although if you don't get enough and need someone I would always sub in for deads.

This is one of my favorite moments of the cage weekend. The loyal fans getting to interact with the animal family in tests of their strength and determination. Can't wait for this yet once again

Actually haven't been able to go crazy on squats because of the shoulder, the external rotation and holding the bar bothers it although I squatted with Nix0r and Phil on Sunday
