      ANIMAL'S "The Power Panel" seminar

      Just got word from up high that the seminar will take place on Sunday, March 2nd startin at 9am and goin to 11:30am. It'll take place in the Morrow Room. Heres where...

      The event will consists of two separate sessions or "panels" and will center on the weightlifting topics across sports (BB and PL). Each panel discussion will bout an hour long.

      9am, Panel A: Evan "Ox" Centopani, Dan "BOSS" Green, Sam Byrd



      10:30am, Panel B: Frank "Wrath" McGrath, Andrey Malanichev, Brandon Lilly



      There will be a break between panels of about 10-15 minutes. Each panel will end with an open Q/A. Seating for approx. 140 people and then standing room only. Because of fire codes, etc. there will be some standing room but others may be turned away if it gets too big. So get there early.

      The seminars were one of the things I was really looking forward to. Know I'm going Saturday for sure just can't afford to spend the extra money on a room this year.
