IOWA ABC from 3/29/2014

First one in a while but we were able to pull it together and make it happen. The pump house is a 4 stall garage loaded with Power Lifting devices and racks, nothing pretty but it gets the job done. Teddy, Eric, Rod, Matt, and I hit some squats and a few accessories.

After this we went over to help out a friend of mine move a 700-900lb safe down about 20 stairs from the front room into the basement. No one died but it was close .

After that we hit up a local mom and pop place to eat and I bought the guys lunch for helping me out and making it out. That's how I roll, come to CR and I'll get you lunch!!!
