12 bros gathered for one purpose- to lift. Only a handful of us knew each other before this day, but as a whole the crew flowed quite nicely. Had a group deadlifting, a few squating, and some on the bench. After our main lifts, we moved into some strongman work. All in all the day was a huge success. From the techniques that were corrected, the new PRs made, and the bond between bros that were strengthened, this event was a perfect representation of what Animal Barbell Clubs are- a band of bros coming together for the sake of lifting and encouraging each other to be better, to be stronger.
Check out some photos here from the event, tried my best to capture it all but seeing as I was also lifting, it made it a little more difficult. Any way, enjoy!
