This was the lift that impressed me more than anything in the Cage. My fuckin jaw dropped when I saw this vid on IG. I was happy the other day hitting 315 seated military press for reps, then I saw this shit. Made me feel like I dont even train, just pure madness. 500 for 1 and then 405 for 13 reps...wtffffffffffffff
