      Thanks Brother! I'm now weighing 165 and feel terrific! The Kettlebells have definitely become my favorite way to train.
      The only Barbell Lifts I care about anymore are the diffrent Deadlift variations. My Kettlbell work takes care of the rest.
      I have access to all music with my iTunes subscription, if you're a music lover like myself it's well worth the price.
      Rush has always been my all time favorite band for about 48 years now. Man, I'm getting old!
