      EFTS SSB Box Squat (16" Box)

      * Did some expermenting and discoverd that the SSB works the prime movers a lot harder
      by flipping the bar around and using it with what is considered the wrong direction. It's a much more
      effective Squat.

      The Dawn of a New Training Age

      Saturday 11-15-25

      Today was just a couple of light sets of...

      Deadlifts

      Zercher Squats

      Dumbbell Presses

      Chin-Ups

      I am now moving into more frequent sessions with more moderate weights to build strength.
      It will be 3 to 5 days per week, 3 to 5 exercises for 3 to 5 reps of each, spread throughout the
      day in a kind of "Grease the Groove" format. Poundages will be 55% to 75% of 1 rep maxes.
      I have always tended to train too heavy more often than I should, and at age 64 the time has
      come to get away from that and train with a more common sense approach. I will still be testing
      myself to see where my strength levels are at, but that will now be a lot less often.
