The Cult rocks! I haven’t listened to them in awhile.

So after the hard dieting, what kind of blow out did you have on your birthday, or did you keep it under control?

No blowout for me, I had one small piece of cake and it was right back to being strict. I plan on staying at 180
or under for the foreseeable future. I'm feeling good, and it's easier to do Deadlifts with no gut in the way.

I have a hard time training fasted. Almost passed out squatting once. That’s why I do a whey shake in the morning. It’s light. I eat real food after training

I do a lot of walking now and you’ve got me thinking about a ruck sack or weighted vest. This is why The FORVM is still relevant.

Yes sir! Always fun to share ideas and knowledge.

Even though we lost massive numbers, at least there are no more keyboard warriors causing problems to compensate for their little dicks and lack of masculinity. They were never real lifters anyways, f*ck em!

The old Marine in me decided to add 2 to 3 Rucks per week to my training ;) I started with my 5.11 backpack, but wanted the best, so
I bought a 20L GORUCK Rucker 4.0, it's pricey, but super nice with built in pouches for Ruck Plates. I you buy one get it from Rogue,
they have free shipping. For Ruck plates go with the yes4all plates on Amazon, they are way more reasonable than the GORUCK plates.
I bought a yes4all 35 pounder and I also have regular weight plates and 2.5 and 10 pound ankle weights that also fit in the pouches.
      Stay Strong!!
