I was what you might call a Professionsl Rucker in the Marine Corps and I had insane work capacity from the brutal forced marches.
Light Deadlifts are definitely better than no Deadlifts! Stay Strong!!

Thank Man! I'm feeling good and have a lot more energy. I'm currently revamping my training plan, there will be less focus on
chasing max weights and way more focus on conditioning, mobility, and Real World Wiry Strength, like in my Marine Corps days.
The training I will be doing from here on out is more interesting, fun, and healthier than just focusing on a couple of barbell lifts.
